Farm in a Box

Over the last two weeks, GUST Primary have engaged with the fantastic Farm in a Box project, in collaboration with the Country Trust and the High Sheriff of Northumberland.
We have been given the opportunity to take part in activities such as making our own real butter from cream, going on a cheese tasting road trip, exploring our feelings of belonging, identifying different seeds and gaining our own class pets of worms and cockroaches!

During this project, we have all learnt lots about arable, dairy and animal farming and worked together to make the experience really worthwhile and fun.
