As the North East heads into a local lockdown, we would like to stress that schools are currently unaffected. We would, however, wish to highlight what to do if your child - or anyone in your child's household - presents any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). A handy rules guide is attached to this blog for easy access.

The main symptoms of COVID-19 are a high temperature, a new, continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
