The early bird catches the worm!

Our Primary/Nurture pupils returned to Mindrum to visit Farmer Tom and his wonderful farm at Mindrum.

We spent some time in his fields worm wrangling to test which spots contained to the most biodiverse soil.

After we counted our worms we returned to the farmhouses to compare our findings and meet some of Tom's array of wonderful animals.

We were also able to inspect our findings further using microscopes and asked lots of questions. We even had some experts from the Country Trust to help out.
