Wallington Hall

As part of our 'Countryside Classroom' topic this term we took a trip to Wallington Hall in the Northumberland Countryside. We had a tour of the house and were amazed by how the Trevelyan family used to live. We looked at the different aspects of the countryside - farmland, green spaces and woodland. We then spent time in the woods working on our team building skills by creating dens together. We took some personal risks and worked on our self confidence by conquering the adventure playpark. We had a fantastic day!
