Surf's Up....Again!

Huge thank you to Tynemouth Surf Co for a brilliant afternoon today. We hit the waves in style with everyone managing to catch a wave, some of us for the first time! Surfing is proven to have numerous health benefits such as cardiovascular fitness, improved balance and co-ordination and reduced anxiety and stress. It is also good for regulating the body's sleep-wake cycle and increasing self-esteem as learners challenge themselves to face fears and try new activities. It is also brilliant fun.
