Our Motor Mechanics students have been learning an exciting new practical skill this term: soldering.
Using newly purchased electronic kits, students are building their own radios, speakers, handheld games and alarm clocks, developing hands-on experience with electronic components and circuit assembly. The sessions focus on safety, accuracy and following technical diagrams, giving students valuable insight into basic electronics.
These skills link closely to modern motor mechanics, where electrical systems play an increasingly important role. Students have shown great focus and enthusiasm, taking pride in seeing their projects successfully come to life.
